Fall River, MA: Mechanics Cooperative Bank is proud to announce a donation of $2,500 to the Salvation Army in direct support of their food pantry and the thousands of families that receive these services every year. As we’ve come to expect during the cold winter season, we see the large line of local Fall River residents lined up on Bedford St. waiting for their weekly food donations. As it has been for so many years, the Salvation Army continues to be there in support of the needy within our community – with a little help from organizations like Mechanics Cooperative Bank
President and CEO of Mechanics Cooperative Bank commented “on how important the Salvation Army is to our community and they great work they do in support of local needy families. The need for support only increasing during the harsh winter months here in New England and Mechanics Cooperative Bank is more than proud to help.
